Smarter Short Term Rentals! By Avery Carl was very informative and helpful. I am new to STR’s and purchased a condo in Waikiki last December. I always thought of owning vacation condos in Hawaii and now it’s a reality. This book was practical and very educational. It answered a lot of questions and addressed some concerns. It also addressed the issue of shutting out the outside voices of the naysayers. I highly recommend this book. I’m looking forward to building my STR portfolio by adding more properties. I plan on buying Short Term Rentals Longterm Wealth and can’t wait to read and apply it……
