Excellent Step by Step How To

This is an excellent book that gives you step by step how to's! I highly recommend if you are wanting to get into or expand your STR portfolio. I also highly recommend Avery Carl and her real estate team to help you find your first or next STR. Great book with some wonderful tips

A simple read with a number of great tips even for someone who has experience with running STRs. From how to handle demanding guests, to buying an existing rental - the common pitfalls as well as guidelines are very helpful. Highly recommend it to any STR investor.
