Short and Sweet!

Although I expected Carl's book to be longer/more developed, it is well organized, with a good mix of helpful examples, entertaining anecdotes, and actionable strategies. I would have loved more detail and depth in all areas the book covers, but as someone who has not yet invested in any STRs, I appreciate the accessible, direct focus of the book, and now feel equipped with the basic skills I need to invest in this exciting asset class!

This book very concisely describes what it takes to be a short term rental owner. The pros and cons are very distinctly laid out for a potential owner to determine if this real estate avenue is right or wrong. I have a background in long term rentals and am looking to diversify my portfolio to include some short term rentals and this is what I needed to help me justify my thoughts.
