Must Read for STR Investors

I purchased this book about a month ago when my wife and I got serious about buying a vacation rental, and it's the first BiggerPockets book that I've ever read as a reference material while working through the process. My wife and I are now under contract on our first STR, and I'm constantly referring back to different sections of this book as we're progressing through the deal. Excellent material, examples, and resources, especially if you purchase through BiggerPockets, which provides useful bonus material. I highly recommend reading through this if you are interested in STRs, and keep it within arms reach once you start your STR investing journey.

Breaking it down for Action

This was the book I needed for my next real estate venture. I appreciated the straight talk with antidotal comments and a little humor. Painting a realistic picture, how to navigate potential property owner challenges and options for how each investor can structure and manage their STR. I felt the book addressed the questions I had - at times before I had formulated the question. I loved the book and bought the e-version then bought the audio so that I could get the information faster! I highly recommend this book.
