So good I bought them TWICE!

Seriously, twice. I bought the books on Audible first so that I could listen while out for a daily run. I then got a degree in Finance. After grad, I bought the second book. That's when I found out about the book bonuses. I wanted access to the templates. I could have created them myself, but why bother? So ya, I bought both books, separately via Audible, then bought the bundle via Bigger Pockets.

... Brandon, you're welcome for my laziness. Good content after the rah-rah of intro to Rental Property Investing. I kept thinking, "yep, been there."

Managing Rental Properties

This book is the best so far I have ever read on how to manage rental properties. After reading it, I am implementing the whole system from advertising for tenants through when you sign the lease until you return whatever is left on the security deposit if any left. I give 5 starts to this book!

Inspiring

This book is not only inspiring but it is down to earth. He encourages you to think and come up with your own plan and idea while providing an excellent guide so you can make the most accurate decisions for your plan. He doesn't pitch you the become wealth over night speech. The book really focuses on explaining the Pros and Cons of the industry and gives you insight to the time and effort you will need to be successful.
