Read This Book Before You Buy Anymore Real Estate

This book is a killer breakdown of the relationship between taxes and real estate. It helped me figure out my strategy going forward, talk to sellers about why they should owner finance, and learn more about other parts of real estate by understanding the taxes.

Helpful intro to tax strategies

This book is great! It’s a very helpful intro to tax strategies for investors, even giving questions to ask of your CPA, as well as what to look for in one. And, possibly best of all, it doesn’t read like a tax guide! They actually wrote it in a relatable, easy to read way!
