Brandon Turner is an author, entrepreneur, and active real estate investor with more than 500 rental units and dozens of rehabs under his belt. He is the Vice President of BiggerPockets, co-host of The BiggerPockets Podcast, and author of four books, including The Book on Rental Property Investing and How to Invest in Real Estate. A life-long adventurer, Brandon (along with his wife and daughter) splits his time between his home in Hawaii and various other destinations around the globe.
Heather Turner is a full-time landlord that lives with her husband on the beautiful island of Maui in the state of Hawaii. Their eyes were opened to the world of real estate a decade ago when they bought their first house, followed by their first rental property. Since then, they have bought, sold, flipped, and steadily increased their rental portfolio. Currently, Heather manages all of their rentals, which consist of everything from single family houses to small multifamily and even mobile home parks.
