Best resource for new landlords

Wow, what a value this book provides! I originally bought the e-book version and then went back and bought the physical copy as well because there were so many places I wanted to bookmark and make notes. As someone just beginning their landlord journey, this book gives so many great tips, resources, cautionary tales and just an overall wealth of knowledge. The digital downloads by themselves are worth the cost of the book. I would recommend this 100% to anyone managing rental properties.

Incredibly informative book on learning to be a landlord

I just closed on a 3 unit building for a house hacking opportunity, then realized I had no idea how to be a landlord (live-in or otherwise). A friend with many rental properties recommended this book (probably to stop me from calling him every 5 minutes with annoying questions) and it’s fantastic. It takes you through every step of the process, what to do and what not to do, how to set up repeatable processes to make your life easier, and even supplies tons of useful digital forms (only if you buy through the website, not Amazon or somewhere else). As soon as I started reading the book, I learned I had already made two mistakes. But it has also kept me from making a bunch of other ones. It is especially useful in teaching how to screen potential tenants, what questions to ask, and what not to ask. I highly recommend this book.

Very Informative

I really like the detail provided in the book. The materials in the index and provided digitally are a huge added bonus and I am already using some of the documents. Overall a solid purchase for a new landlord/ property owner.
