I wash I had known all this 3 decades ago

This is an easy to read, easy to comprehend, book on real estate taxes. Anyone who holds investment real estate should read this book. I wish my accountant would have read it too.

Fantastic Overview of REI Focused Tax Mitigation

The second book in the series is a fantastic and more in depth topic in tax mitigation strategies that build off of the fundamentals from the first book. I really liked the dedicated section on 1031 exchange as well as the pros vs cons of REI in different retirement accounts, UDFI and UBIT. Great read and finished it in a weekend.

The Book on Advanced Tax Strategies

The only book I like more is there first one. The two together are most helpful books on my self.
