Fantastic Overview of REI Focused Tax Mitigation

The second book in the series is a fantastic and more in depth topic in tax mitigation strategies that build off of the fundamentals from the first book. I really liked the dedicated section on 1031 exchange as well as the pros vs cons of REI in different retirement accounts, UDFI and UBIT. Great read and finished it in a weekend.

Just finished this book, and it’s meaty! 200+ pages of incredible info!

I know I need to rely on my CPA for my tax strategies, but I can’t know what my CPA doesn’t know if I’ve never educated myself on the basics of these strategies. After reading this book, I have a list of a dozen questions written down to ask my CPA, to make sure we’re utilizing every tax benefit possible.
