Very thorough, a must read for new agents.

David really covers everything in this book and speaks about it all in a very conversational tone. He starts at the beginning and goes through the steps on where to start and almost exactly what to do. It is extremely thorough from start to finish. David's lumberjack story in the book is something everyone should pay attention to very closely.
