Incredible deep dive for beginners OR experienced landlords

Grace & Amelia did an INCREDIBLE job breaking down how to actually run your rentals like a business. It never occurred to me that I am the CEO of my rental portfolio. Now I’m creating SOPs and systemizing thanks to this read. I also like that it’s broken up into 4 sections so if you feel you’ve mastered the “rental essentials” you can skip that and focus on the systems. Amazing book!
