Continuing from BRRRR

After reading BRRRR we learned an effective strategy on how to capitalize off of real estate but the essence to this method will be in the location of property investing. That is where this book comes in and as usual with David Greene he leaves no stone unturned with his teachings. After reading this I'm very confident on where to look and establish investment properties to profit. If you read BRRRR then this book is a must.

Great Book I listened to it twice on audible and loved it. I would have liked the book to break down market analysis a little more though.

Awesome Book!

What an awesome book! Step by step how buy investment properties that aren't in your own backyard. I wish I would have read this book before I purchased "Turn-key" properties out of state, it would have saved me a lot of frustration and loss of cash flow. Funny thing is, I thought I would avoid those pitfalls of out of state investing by going turn-key. I will be implementing these strategies moving forward for buy and hold properties, as the numbers do not usually make sense in my local market.
