More useful than expected

I really was getting caught up trying to estimate rehab costs so I bought this book to get me over the hump. I honestly expected it to be pretty vague advice, because how could you cover such a broad topic with such price variation with any specificity. I was pleasantly surprised though, it was very particular on what repairs you should be looking for and even gave price ranges for what those things could cost. To be honest my market I think started out more expensive than those numbers being in Alaska material costs are always high. Adding to that the inflation we have seen in prices over the past few years. I wouldn’t expect to use the numbers he has listed, however he gives actionable steps on how to get the correct numbers for your market. Gave me a lot of confidence in the process and I’m currently working on my own cheat sheet of costs.
