Love the book! It really dives in details what to look for when doing a short term rental. I am a Realtor and i look to expand my knowledge for clients so they could be informed with different ways of investing. I was able to meet Zeona here locally in Denver in one of our Lender/Realtor meet ups! We were able to chat and she shared her insights and other resources!
If you are considering building wealth and reaching financial freedom without waiting until your 70's, this is a must read. Educating yourself on the MTR (Midterm rental) space has great opportunity and now is the time to read this book and prepare for action. You won't regret it.
