The Book Foreclosure Investors Don't Want You To Know About

There are very few places to purchase real estate for a discount. One of those places it the courthouse steps on Super Tuesday. Historically, healthy margins have been a direct result of the archaic foreclosure process. Investors profiting from foreclosures prefer that it stays that way. Understanding this Aaron and David have shed light on the foreclosure process from start to finish. Outside of the nuts-and-bolts of the process, they addressed my #1 fear of foreclosures which was; "How do I afford to pay all cash for a property?" I'll give you a hint. Most investors aren't buying with their own money. How do you attract that money without a track record? Pick up the book and find out.

Great Content And To The Point

Aaron and David's book on purchasing homes at foreclosure auctions is extremely insightful, and thoughtfully presented. The book takes you through 5 actionable steps towards purchasing your first home from an auction. If purchasing from auctions isn't on your radar, I highly recommend giving it a read for the knowledge it will give you when speaking with other investors. It is an easy read, loaded with infographics and charts to provide visuals.

Great list of things to consider

I listened to the book and reviewed the bonus material. So far, I find it very helpful. I have not invested in foreclosures, so I am unable to offer a qualified review of some specifics. However, I have a multi-million dollar single family home portfolio, have been investing in real estate since 2005, have spent the last two years researching commercial multi-family, and am a voracious reader. The content, quality, and clarity are fantastic. I strongly recommend the book to anyone considering or deeply involved with real estate investment. For the initiate, this book is an incredible foundation, helping one with what they need to know and what questions to ask. For the expert, books like these also offer an amazing treasure trove of examples and concepts along with an accessible language, providing ways to better share one's success with others.

Great work David and Aaron, both in life and in sharing. And great work to the publishing company.

Postscript: liked the audio book so much I purchased the paperback for reference. Keep it up!

Truly a step by step guide to wealth. Thank you David and Aaron.

A great book for people who want to start purchasing properties on foreclosure auctions. I purchased this back in November, studied it, did every step, learned a TON, and by my second auction I purchased my first foreclosure property. Not just that, the property I purchased had a quick turnaround. Purchased on the 2nd, rehabbed it by the 20th, was rented by the 25th. Cash-flowing on month 1.

It is incredible how much you learn from this book. I highly recommend.
