Very Informative

I really like the detail provided in the book. The materials in the index and provided digitally are a huge added bonus and I am already using some of the documents. Overall a solid purchase for a new landlord/ property owner.

This must be how the first readers of the Bible felt.

When I completed this book I felt as though I was holding a future classic in my hands. This book is thorough, entertaining, absolutely jam packed with precious and hard won knowledge without sacrificing readability. As a first time landlord I was floored by how much crucial knowledge was packed into this title. The experienced landlord would do himself or herself well to read this book. I now go out of my way to discuss material covered in this book with experienced landlords and I'm floored by how often they are operating with failing and shaky at best procedures. One landlord who had more than 10 years experience was complaining to me about a troublesome tenant. With zero real life knowledge of my own, I shared what I learned from Brandon and Heather's book and he was shocked. He later reported to me that after applying what I shared with him he was able to solve his problem tenant outside of court and avoided upwards of $3000 of expenses.. He now owns a copy of this book...

Thank you Heather and Brandon for creating this for me. I was lost but now I see.

PS I purchased this book on Amazon and not through BP. I'm not sure how I can access the bonus content?

A grateful newbie.

Brandon Turner is the Jon Taffer of apartments

Before I begin, let it be known that the properties Brandon and Heather Turner are referring to are stickly apartment complexes. Not duplexes, multi-family or house hacking buildings.

Although I'm sure one could apply the same concept for the mentioned structures I even feel the in this book he is a little strict when it comes to his tenants I feel he has given me a sword for the pearls of rental property investments and I'am not going to be blind when I go into this thing.

This is part 2 of a three part series and a must read for the new investor.
