Great guide for beginners and seasoned agents alike

A road map for new agents and great "course correction" material for seasoned agents looking to get back to basics. I'm going on my 5th year in FL and 8th year in total as an agent. I am on my third listen of the audio version just to be sure I have absorbed as much info as possible. As we build our team I will be giving a copy of this book to every new or "would be" agent I encounter. Just outstanding content!
