Great map of how to get into real estate

We have the audio version as well and have found great lessons in the book to really help start out our real estate investments. Got our first property soon after finishing the book and moving onto finding the second. One part I’d love more current information on is the lending. Talked with sooo many lenders through this first property we have acquired. We used our HELOC and want to refinance asap off of improved property value so we can move right into the next. Wanting to stay cost effective without the 6 month Fannie Mae acquisition seasoning period which has been a struggle in todays market. Any help there would be beneficial to add to the book.
