Q. I purchased the software. Now what?
A. You will get an email. In that email you will see a string of numbers and/or letters; that is your permament key. Launch Real Estate Notebook and click the "Enter key" button on the reminder screen. In the name section, enter the name for which the software has been registered to and enter the key value into the key field. We recommend that copy and paste the key into the key field to ensure accuracy.

Q. How long does my purchase key last?
A. Forever! Once you purchase your key, there are no charges for the use and maintenance of the software.

Q. How do I install the software?
Simply download the software then double-click on the executable file. You will be presented with a wizard. Click "Next" on each step as directed.
